    14 DAYS PEACE OF MIND POLICY

    Seeing satisfied customers with their beautiful bridesmaids captured in their wedding photography brings a smile to our faces. We understand how challenging hunting for bridesmaid dresses can be and hence The BMD Shop offers a “14 Days Peace of Mind Policy”.

    Just email us within 14 Days from the date of delivery, indicating your Name, Order Number, Date of Purchase and the reason why you have changed your mind. Our Customer Care Staff will then advice you on the details to send back the order. Do note The BMD Shop will only refund you in shop vouchers the cost of the dresses, the cost of the returned postage (with registered postage fee) and subsequent shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
     

    RETURN POLICY FLOW CHART

    Return Policy Terms and Conditions:

    • All goods that are returned MUST be brand new with tag intact, unwashed and in original packaging.
    • Item(s) must be returned to the following address via registered mail:

      Do indicate your name, order number on the return mail and send it to us within 7 days of our acknowledgement of the return.
       
    • "14 Days Peace of Mind Policy” starts from the date of delivery and The BMD Shop reserve the rights to reject any returns that is beyond the 14 Days period.
       
    •  Returns that are deemed to be damaged, soiled, washed and/or worn, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
    • For defective items, the registered postage will be reimbursed and replacement dress will be mailed out once defective item(s) is received.
      In the event the item is out of stock, we will refund the cost of dress in shop vouchers. International customers bear shipping costs both ways.
       
       
    • Due to the pastel nature of our dresses, slight stains/spots on the fabric might occur during the manufacturing process. Thus, slight stains/spots on the fabric are not classified as “defective”.  Do take a picture of the defective area and we would advise on a case by case basis.
    • For “14 Days Peace of Mind Policy”, we will refund you in shop vouchers the cost of the dresses only. The cost of the returned postage (with registered postage fee) will be borne by the buyer and subsequent shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
    • First exchange per item is free, a $2 restocking fee per item would be charged for subsequent exchanges including the “14 Days Peace of Mind Policy”
    • Sales items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds and does not qualify for “14 Days Peace of Mind Policy”.
       
    • The BMD Shop only refund in shop vouchers and strictly no cash refunds.
