    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    We accept payments via Internet Banking and Paypal currently.

    Internet Banking (Singapore Customers)

    We accept payment via DBS/POSB Internet Banking for Singapore customers. We do allow up to 24 hours for you to settle the payment upon checkout.

    Please reply to enquiries@thebmdshop.com with your Internet Banking Nickname and Transaction Reference Number.

    If you do not make payment and email us your payment details within the stipulated timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled.  If your payment was made within the stipulated timeframe but you failed to update your payment details within the stipulated timeframe, we cannot assure that your items are still available. The reason being our backend system might release it back for sale and another client may had confirmed payment in the meantime.  In this case, we will return store vouchers of the equivalent amount for your next purchase.

    Payment verification will only take place after the transaction is successful.

     

    Paypal (Singapore and International Customers)

    Paypal has a buyer protection policy that ensures security for making payments online. You do not need a paypal account, simply select “Don’t have a Paypal account?” to process payments for Credit/Debit cards.

    All Paypal transaction fees are fully absorbed by us. If in the event the credit card you have used for Paypal payment do not go through,

    1. Check that the card details you have entered are correct, e.g. the expiry date
    2. Make sure you enter the security code correctly – that is the three digit number on the back of your card.
    3. Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they do not tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them.
    4. If you’ve checked all of the above, try paying with another card.

       

    ORDER TRACKING

    Order Status

    Details

    Pending

    The order has been checked out and no payment was made. All orders would be pending for 24 hours before the order is automatically cancelled.

    Awaiting Payment Verification

    The order has been checked out and we are awaiting for your payment details via email for internet banking payment.

    Processing

    The order is being packed to be dispatched from our warehouse in 1-2 working days.

    Dispatched

    The order has been sent to the post office and all local/international registered parcels would include the registered article tracking number.
